Shipping & Returns
Airuru currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only. All orders are shipped from the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after shipment.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75.00 USD or more. Orders below $75.00 USD are charged a flat shipping rate of $8.00 USD.
We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items caused by our error, Airuru will cover return shipping or provide a reasonable solution after verification.
