Airuru currently sells and delivers products to customers within the United States only. Orders placed on airuru.shop are fulfilled and dispatched through our U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices on airuru.shop are displayed in U.S. dollars.

The product price, applicable shipping charge, discounts, and estimated taxes will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is reasonably required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Airuru does not directly store your complete credit card number, card security code, or full payment credentials on its own servers.

7. Pricing and Website Errors

If an obvious error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information.

If the order cannot reasonably be completed, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

We will not intentionally advertise a price or product condition that we do not intend to honor.

8. Order Placement and Acceptance

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make a reasonable effort to assist before the order enters fulfillment, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

The shipping address may no longer be changeable;
The order may no longer be cancellable; and
Eligible products must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Airuru currently sells and delivers products within the United States only.

Orders placed on airuru.shop are fulfilled and dispatched through our U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Current standard shipping rates are:

Orders of $75.00 USD or more: Free standard shipping
Orders below $75.00 USD: $8.00 USD flat standard shipping fee

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, holidays, severe weather, address issues, seasonal volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Shipping Information and Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.

Airuru is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries directly caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier before contacting us.

We will review reported delivery issues and assist with carrier or fulfillment inquiries when appropriate.

12. Returns and Refunds

Airuru accepts eligible returns of defective and non-defective products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

A return request must generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a non-defective return, the product must generally be:

Unused;
Unworn;
Unwashed;
Unaltered;
In its original condition; and
Returned with applicable tags, labels, packaging, parts, and accessories.

For non-defective returns, including changes of mind or an incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error, Airuru will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing and verifying the issue. The solution may include a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or reimbursement of a reasonable return shipping cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Do not send a return to an address displayed on our website unless you have received written return authorization and the applicable return instructions.

13. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact service@airuru.shop as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your full name;
The email address used at checkout;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, or issue where applicable.

We will review the available information and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and product availability.
