This Payment & Billing Policy explains the payment process for orders placed through airuru.shop, including available payment methods, currency, payment authorization, taxes, refunds, and payment-related inquiries.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Airuru accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout on airuru.shop.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, browser, location, order value, and the payment services currently enabled on our store.

The payment options shown during checkout are the payment methods available for your specific order.

Please do not send payment through any method that is not offered through the official airuru.shop checkout process.

Airuru does not currently accept cash on delivery, personal checks, money orders, direct payments through social media, payments sent to personal accounts, or payments requested outside the official airuru.shop checkout process.

If someone asks you to pay for an Airuru order outside our official website, please contact us at service@airuru.shop before making any payment.

2. Payment Currency

All product prices, shipping charges, discounts, taxes, refunds, and other order amounts displayed on airuru.shop are processed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or transaction fee if your payment account is denominated in another currency.

Any such fee is charged by your financial institution or payment provider and is not collected by Airuru.

3. When Payment Is Collected

Payment is generally authorized or collected when you submit your order through checkout.

Depending on the payment method and provider, a payment may initially appear as a pending authorization before the charge is completed.

Submitting payment does not automatically guarantee that an order has been accepted.

Orders may remain subject to payment verification, fraud screening, inventory confirmation, and address review.

You will normally receive an order confirmation email after your order has been submitted successfully.

4. Order Total and Charges

Before completing your purchase, the checkout page will display the applicable order details.

These details may include the product subtotal, discounts, standard shipping charges, applicable sales tax, order total, and selected payment method.

Airuru currently offers the following standard shipping rates for eligible U.S. orders:

Orders of $75.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders below $75.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.00 USD.

The applicable shipping charge and estimated taxes will be shown during checkout before you submit payment.

Airuru does not add undisclosed payment processing or handling fees after an order has been completed.

5. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated based on factors such as the delivery address, product type, and applicable tax requirements.

The estimated tax amount will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

The final amount collected will be the amount shown in the checkout order summary, subject to correction of any obvious technical or calculation error.

6. Secure Payment Processing

Payments made through airuru.shop are processed by Shopify and the third-party payment provider selected or made available during checkout.

Airuru does not directly store your complete credit card number, card security code, or full payment credentials on its own servers.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information such as card or payment account details, billing address, payment authorization information, device information, transaction data, and fraud-prevention information.

The handling of payment information by a payment provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms, security procedures, and privacy policy.

7. Payment Authorization and Verification

To help protect customers and reduce unauthorized transactions, an order may be subject to payment or identity verification.

We may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with the order if additional information is reasonably required.

Verification may involve confirming your name, billing information, shipping information, contact information, payment authorization, or other order details.

Please do not send your full payment card number or card security code by email, telephone, social media, or through the website contact form.

Failure to provide reasonably requested verification information may result in an order being delayed or cancelled.

8. Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may be declined or fail for reasons determined by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or the information entered during checkout.

Possible reasons include incorrect payment details, an incorrect billing address, insufficient available funds, an expired payment method, a security restriction, a transaction limit, or a temporary technical issue.

If your payment is declined, please review the information entered or contact your bank or payment provider.

Airuru does not control the approval or rejection decisions made by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

9. Pending Charges and Payment Authorizations

A pending charge may appear on your payment account even if an order is not successfully completed.

In some cases, this may be a temporary authorization placed by the payment provider rather than a completed charge.

If an order is cancelled or a payment is not completed, the authorization is normally released by the bank or payment provider according to its own processing schedule.

Airuru cannot control how quickly a financial institution removes a pending authorization.

10. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please first review your Airuru order confirmation emails, your customer account order history if available, whether one of the charges is marked as pending, and whether separate orders were submitted.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at service@airuru.shop.

Please include your full name, order number, email address used at checkout, date and amount of the charge, and a screenshot showing the transaction with sensitive payment information concealed.

Do not send your complete payment card number or card security code.

11. Order Review, Refusal, and Cancellation

Airuru may delay, refuse, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons.

These reasons may include payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect billing information, incomplete shipping information, product unavailability, an obvious pricing or technical error, unusual order quantities, or a violation of our Terms of Service.

If Airuru cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

12. Pricing or Technical Errors

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices and order totals.

If an obvious pricing, tax, discount, shipping, or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment to explain the issue.

Where appropriate, you may be given the option to confirm the order at the corrected amount or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Airuru will not intentionally add a charge that was not disclosed before the order was submitted.

13. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Discounts and promotional codes may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, usage limits, customer eligibility requirements, or restrictions on combining offers.

The discount shown in the checkout order summary is the discount applied to the order.

Promotional codes generally cannot be added after an order has been completed unless required by the specific promotion or applicable law.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

We do not normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, payment account, or individual.

Once an approved refund has been processed by Airuru, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account.

The exact posting time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

15. Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before it is fulfilled, any collected payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the payment is still pending, the payment provider may release the authorization instead of posting a separate refund.

The time required for a pending authorization to disappear is determined by your bank or payment provider.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Eligible products may instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with an Airuru charge, please contact us at service@airuru.shop before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent payment dispute may result in the related account or order being reviewed or restricted.

17. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

Airuru and its service providers may use automated and manual tools to identify potentially unauthorized, fraudulent, or high-risk transactions.

An order may be delayed or cancelled when payment information cannot be verified or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Airuru, or payment service providers.

We will not ask you to provide your complete payment card number or card security code through email, telephone, social media, or the website contact form.

18. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Customers must confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Customers should review the complete order total before submitting payment.

Customers are also responsible for keeping their payment account secure and contacting us promptly if they identify an unauthorized or incorrect transaction.
