This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping fees are calculated, and the estimated delivery time for orders placed on airuru.shop.
1. Shipping Area
Airuru currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only.
We do not currently ship to countries or regions outside the United States.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the United States.
4. Shipping Rates
Airuru offers the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:
Orders of $75.00 USD or more: Free shipping
Orders below $75.00 USD: Flat shipping rate of $8.00 USD
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the carrier tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Airuru is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@airuru.shop.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@airuru.shop.
Please include your order number and any relevant photos or information so we can review the issue and assist you.
9. Taxes and Additional Fees
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Airuru does not currently charge additional handling fees beyond the shipping fee displayed at checkout.
