Shipping & Returns
Airuru currently sells and delivers products to customers within the United States only.
Orders placed on airuru.shop are fulfilled and dispatched through our U.S.-based fulfillment facilities. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75.00 USD or more. Orders below $75.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.00 USD. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We accept returns of eligible defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags and packaging included.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to an error on our part, Airuru will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or offer another appropriate solution after the issue has been reviewed and verified.
To request a return, please contact us at service@airuru.shop before sending the item back. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Do not send a return to any address listed on our website unless you have first received return authorization and return instructions from our customer service team.
Once an approved return is delivered to our designated return facility, it is normally inspected within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
