RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Airuru accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
You may request a return if:
The return request is submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered;
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase whenever applicable;
The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, customized, or non-returnable on the product page.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, washed, worn, altered, missing original parts, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:
Order number;
Full name and email address used for the order;
Reason for return;
Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts.
After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the approved return address. Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
4.Return Method, Return Label, and Return Shipping Cost
Return Method: By mail.
For non-defective returns, including returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected by the customer, change of mind, or other customer-related reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and return label.
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items caused by our error, Airuru may provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping cost after the issue is verified.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement after it has been processed. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We currently recommend placing a new order if you need a different size, color, or item.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@airuru.shop so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@airuru.shop.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution when applicable.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items marked as final sale or clearance;
Customized or personalized products;
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer;
Items returned without approval;
Items missing original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories when applicable;
Gift cards or digital products, if any.
9. Restocking Fee
Airuru does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Please contact us before returning any item. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
